Program services include making recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors; ensuring efficient county-wide program delivery to consumers; advising agencies and community members of program implementation, program changes, and program regulations; and distribution of program service materials through media, PSA’s, local events, local fraternal groups, and/or professional organizations.
